Edgewise Words Inn began as an idea about how three people who met due to serendipity wanted to talk about the one thing we share as a passion: books. Some people do this by hawking books–barfing promos and giveaways all over the place, holding contests and reviewing the work of others.
That stuff gets old, doesn’t it?
Discovering new books is fun, sure, but we’re not fond of that method. There are plenty of sites where you can find book reviews, and some of us even do that ourselves. But not here. At Edgewise Words Inn, we want to have fun. What do writers do for fun?
As it turns out, we write. Sometimes, the things we write don’t fit into neat categories or reach the word counts of ‘publishable’ works. Sometimes, we have something to say that isn’t appropriate for including in a book or short story. Enter the Edgewise Words Inn, where we serve up alternate realities and food for thought, with a side of humor and random knowledge in the gravy boat.
Pull up a stool at the bar and enjoy your stay.
If you’d like to be notified when any of our staff authors releases a new book or short story, sign up for our wildly irregular newsletter. We promise not to use your email for any reason other than telling you about our awesome books, and not to do so more than once per month.
